Before commencing this plan I had completed both a couch to 5K plan and a 10K plan. In total my marathon training took me approx. 10 months.

10K Plan

Duration approx. 9 weeks

Once you have completed your 5K plan, you will need to continue on to a 10K plan to build up your mileage ready for marathon plan.
